  • Compact Chassis Lighting: Because this strip is only 5mm wide, it is perfect for mounting under the narrow "fenders" or inside the internal cavities of a robot chassis to create a "ground-effect" glow.

  • Power Calculation: For a full 5-meter roll, a 12V 5A power supply is recommended to handle the high density of LEDs. For shorter lengths, calculate roughly 1 Amp for every 1 meter of strip.

  • Effective Braking Indicator: In automotive or large-scale RC projects, this strip can be used as a custom brake light. Its high density ensures it is visible even from a distance.

  • Control via Microcontroller: To toggle this strip using an Arduino or ESP32, use a Logic-Level MOSFET (like the IRFZ44N). This allows you to safely switch the 12V load and even dim the strip using PWM.
