  • Voltage Regulation: A single 18650 cell provides 3.7V nominal. If you are powering a 5V device (like an Arduino Uno or a Raspberry Pi), you will need a Boost Converter (Step-Up) to reach a stable 5V output.

  • Charging Integration: This holder pairs perfectly with the TP4056 Lithium Charging Module. Simply connect the Red/Black leads to the B+ and B- terminals of the module to create a USB-rechargeable system.

  • Protection Circuitry: If using an unprotected 18650 cell, ensure your circuit has a low-voltage cutoff to prevent the battery from discharging below 2.7V, which can cause permanent damage.
