The CA-3166B is engineered for precision and durability. It features a high-density PCB with large aluminum heatsinks to ensure stable performance under continuous high-load operation. The board is equipped with Bluetooth 5.0, offering a wireless range of up to 10-15 meters with minimal latency. It also supports 3.5mm AUX input for wired sources. With five onboard potentiometers, users can independently adjust Master Volume, Subwoofer Volume, Subwoofer Frequency, Stereo Treble, and Stereo Bass to perfectly match their speaker setup and room acoustics.

  • Power Supply Selection: To unlock the full 200W output, use a 24V 10A DC power supply. A 12V supply will work but will result in significantly lower volume and less "punchy" bass performance.

  • Speaker Pairing: This board is optimized for 4-Ω to 8-Ω speakers. Ensure your subwoofer is rated for at least 100W to avoid damaging the speaker at high volumes.

  • Minimizing Interference: If you hear noise or a "hum," use high-quality shielded audio cables for the AUX input and ensure the power supply is properly filtered and distanced from the audio circuitry.

  • Thermal Management: While the board has a heatsink, if you are mounting it inside a tight enclosure, we recommend adding a small 40mm cooling fan to maintain optimal temperatures during extended use.
