• Torque Advantage: At 60 RPM, this motor offers significantly more pushing power than the 100 or 200 RPM versions. If your robot needs to carry heavy sensors (like a Lead-Acid battery or a mapping LiDAR), 60 RPM is the safer choice to prevent motor stalling.

• Shaft Security: Because this motor produces high torque, we recommend using 6mm "D-type" couplings or hex couplers with dual grub screws. This prevents the shaft from stripping the inside of your wheels during sudden stops or heavy loads.

• Driver Recommendation: The L298N is a standard choice, but for better efficiency, consider a MOSFET-based driver like the IBT-2 if you are running multiple motors under heavy stress. Always use a fuse in your power line to protect against stall currents.

• Load Distribution: When mounting large wheels, try to keep the wheel hub as close to the motor body as possible. This minimizes the "overhung load" on the 6mm shaft and extends the life of the gearbox bushings.
