The PDC004 12V PD Decoy Trigger Module is a specialized hardware component designed to "trick" a USB-C Power Delivery (PD) charger into outputting a fixed 12V DC signal. Unlike standard USB-C cables that default to 5V, this module uses an onboard IP2721 identification chip to perform the digital handshake required to unlock higher voltage rails.
