When replacing a burnt-out switch on an inverter welder, always ensure you use heat-resistant insulated female spade connectors. Due to the high current (30A), loose connections can lead to resistive heating, which is the primary cause of switch failure. Ensure the "O I" markings are oriented correctly according to your panel design—standard convention is that "I" (On) is at the top or pushed inward.
