Introducing the MQ-9 Carbon Monoxide, Methane, and LPG Gas Sensor Module, an essential tool for detecting harmful gases in a variety of environments. This module uses SnO2 as its sensitive material, enabling accurate detection even in clean air.

It operates through a temperature cycling method, detecting carbon monoxide at lower temperatures (heated to 1.5V), where its conductivity increases with gas concentration. At higher temperatures (heated to 5.0V), it effectively identifies combustible gases like methane and propane while clearing away other adsorbed gases.
