Product Description
The SW-18010P Vibration Module is engineered to provide a reliable digital trigger for motion-based applications. The internal sensor consists of a central metal pin surrounded by a flexible spring; when the module vibrates, the spring touches the pin, completing the circuit. This rapid "chatter" is processed by the onboard LM393 comparator, which outputs a clean, stable TTL-level signal (D0) to your microcontroller. The module includes two onboard LEDs—one for Power status and another for Signal Output—allowing for easy debugging without a serial monitor.
Key Features
Adjustable Sensitivity: Fine-tune the vibration threshold using the onboard blue potentiometer to suit your environment.
Rapid Response: Detects even high-frequency micro-vibrations and sudden shocks.
Low Power Logic: Consumes minimal current, making it ideal for battery-operated security systems.
Clean Digital Signal: The LM393 ensures the output is free of mechanical "bounce" noise.
Universal Compatibility: Works seamlessly with Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, and 8051 platforms.
