Product Description
The 0.56" 1-Digit Display consists of eight individual LEDs: seven for the numerical segments (labeled A through G) and one for the decimal point (DP). In a Common Anode setup, the common pin is connected to the positive supply (VCC), and individual segments are illuminated by connecting their respective pins to ground (GND) through a resistor. This module features a black face with white segments when off, providing high contrast and excellent visibility when the red LEDs are active.
Key Features
High Brightness: The red LEDs provide clear and vibrant numeric readouts, even in environments with ambient light.
Standard 10-Pin Layout: Designed with a 2.54mm pin pitch, it fits easily into standard breadboards and universal PCBs.
Low Power Consumption: Each segment draws minimal current, making it efficient for battery-powered or low-power embedded systems.
Durable Construction: Built with a solid-state design that offers a long operational life and resistance to mechanical shock.
Universal Compatibility: Works seamlessly with standard BCD-to-7-segment decoder ICs like the 7447 or direct microcontroller GPIO control.
