Product Description
The KK2.1.5 is the evolution of the original KK control board. By incorporating the 6050MPU combined gyro and accelerometer, this board offers a reliable "Auto-level" function, making the drone much easier to fly for novices. The board features a series of piezo headers for audio feedback and supports a wide variety of multi-rotor layouts, including Tri-copters, Quadcopters (X and +), Hexacopters, and even Y6 configurations.
Key Features
In-Field Tuning: The built-in LCD and 4-button interface allow you to adjust PID gains, change motor layouts, and calibrate sensors instantly at the flying field.
Stable Flight Sensors: The MPU6050 sensor provides 6-axis sensing, which is significantly more stable than the older three-single-axis gyro systems found on earlier KK boards.
User-Programmable: Comes pre-installed with firmware, but the standard AVR ISP header allows advanced users to flash custom firmware like OpenPilot or Steveis.
Voltage Monitoring: Includes a dedicated header to monitor your flight battery voltage, providing an audible alarm (when a buzzer is attached) to prevent over-discharge.
Polarity Protection: Features a simple design with clear markings, reducing the risk of incorrect wiring during the build process.
