Installation Tip from Robogears This expansion board is strictly for the 30-pin version of the ESP32. Before plugging in your module, count the pins on one side (it should be 15 pins per side). When mounting the ESP32, ensure the USB port of the development board is facing the same direction as the USB ports on the expansion board. If you are using high-torque servos, we recommend powering the expansion board via the DC Barrel Jack rather than USB to ensure there is enough current to prevent the ESP32 from resetting under load.
