  • Power Supply Recommendation: The 775 motor is highly power-hungry. For optimum performance, use a 12V 10A or 20A SMPS. Avoid using standard 1A or 2A adapters, as the motor’s starting current (surge) will cause the power supply to trip.

  • Speed Regulation: To control the RPM without losing torque, use a high-current PWM DC motor speed controller (30A or 40A rated). This is essential if you are using the motor for precision drilling or cutting.

  • Wiring Safety: Use 1.5mm or 2.5mm thick copper wires for connections. Thin wires will heat up rapidly and cause a significant voltage drop, reducing the motor's effective power.
