3.3V Logic Level: Like other ESP chips, the GPIOs are not 5V tolerant. Always use a level shifter when interfacing with 5V components to prevent hardware damage.
Bootloader Mode: If your computer fails to detect the board during an upload, hold the BOOT button, press and release RESET, and then release the BOOT button to manually enter download mode.
Antenna Considerations: These boards usually feature an onboard ceramic or PCB antenna. For projects requiring long-range Wi-Fi, ensure the antenna side of the board is not shielded by metal or thick plastic.
Powering via VIN: You can power the board using a stable 5V source on the VIN pin. However, avoid using the USB-C port and the VIN pin simultaneously unless your specific board version includes protection circuitry.
