• Rotation Direction: These motors are often directional. Check the wire colors; typically Red/Blue is Clockwise (CW) and Black/White is Counter-Clockwise (CCW). Reversing polarity on a coreless motor can reduce its lifespan.

• Cooling: At 40,000 RPM, the motor generates heat quickly. Ensure your design allows for adequate airflow, especially in enclosed drone arms or robot chassis.

• Propeller Selection: Ensure your propeller is well-balanced. An unbalanced load at high RPM will cause significant vibration, leading to bearing wear and reduced flight stability.

• Switching: Use a high-frequency MOSFET (like an IRLML series) for PWM control. Standard hobby transistors may not handle the rapid switching and stall currents effectively.
