Secure Fit: The bracket is designed to be a snug fit. If the motor feels slightly loose, a small piece of double-sided tape or a thin rubber shim inside the bracket will eliminate any "play" and reduce noise.
Screw Selection: Use M2 screws to secure the motor into the bracket. Be careful not to over-tighten, as the plastic threads can strip if excessive force is applied with a power driver.
Orientation: Mount the bracket so the motor wires are easily accessible. Ensure the D-shaft of the N20 motor has enough clearance from the mounting surface to allow the wheel or gear to rotate freely.
Chassis Alignment: If building a two-wheeled robot, use a ruler to ensure both N20 brackets are perfectly parallel. Even a slight angle can cause your robot to veer to one side during movement.
