  • Component Placement: Insert all components from the non-copper (plain) side and solder them on the copper side. This prevents the heat of the soldering iron from potentially lifting the components off the board.

  • Trimming to Fit: If your Pimpri facility requires a custom shape, phenolic boards are easier to cut than FR4. You can use a standard pair of heavy-duty snips or a hacksaw to trim the board to any specific dimension.
