  • CS Pin Assignment: While MISO, MOSI, and SCK are fixed on your MCU, you can use any digital pin for CS. Just ensure you update the SD.begin(CS_PIN) line in your Arduino code to match your wiring.

  • Power Stability: Writing to an SD card causes momentary current spikes. If your module fails during a "write" operation, add a 10µF capacitor between VCC and GND to stabilize the voltage.

  • Library Recommendation: Use the standard <SD.h> library included with the Arduino IDE. For more advanced or faster logging, the SdFat library is an excellent alternative.
