• Installation: Since 775 motors generate significant force, ensure the motor is securely mounted in a bracket before attaching the fan. To install the fan, place the back of the motor shaft against a solid surface and press the fan on firmly to avoid damaging the motor's internal brush assembly.

• Vibration Management: At 10,000+ RPM, even a slight imbalance can cause severe vibration. If you experience shaking, ensure the fan is pushed all the way down and perfectly perpendicular to the shaft.

• Safety Housing: Because 775 motors are exceptionally powerful, we strongly recommend building a wire mesh or plastic guard around the blades. At high speeds, these blades can cause injury or break if they strike an object.

• Thrust vs. Cooling: If using this to cool the motor itself, ensure the airflow is directed over the motor casing or through the motor's internal ventilation holes to maximize heat dissipation during heavy-duty tasks.
