If you are using a metal chassis, remember that the tab is connected to Pin 3 (negative supply); use a mica insulator and silicone washer if your chassis is grounded.
Boucherot Cell (Zobel Network): To prevent high-frequency oscillations that can destroy the chip or your tweeters, always include a $2.2\Omega$ resistor in series with a $0.1\mu F$ capacitor between the Output (Pin 4) and Ground.
