• Installation: When pushing the fan onto a motor shaft, place the back of the motor on a hard surface to prevent the motor's back plate from popping off. Do not use glue; the friction fit is designed to be tight enough for high-speed use.

• Airflow Direction: If the fan is blowing air in the wrong direction, simply reverse the two wires on your motor. DC motors change rotation based on polarity, and these blades are designed to push air regardless of which side is "front."

• Battery Pairing: For best results with this fan size, use a 3V to 6V power source. A standard 9V battery works well for high speed, but ensure the motor is rated for that voltage to prevent overheating.

• Safety: While the plastic is lightweight, keep fingers away from the blades when rotating at high speeds. For classroom projects, consider building a simple cardboard guard around the fan.
