The 74LS32 Quad 2-Input OR Gate IC is a fundamental digital logic component containing four independent OR gates within a single 14-pin package. The "Any High" Logic: CRITICAL: Remember that an OR gate output only goes LOW if all inputs are LOW. If you are using this to trigger an interrupt, ensure your pull-down resistors are in place so the inputs don't "float" and cause false HIGH triggers.
Unused Inputs: Never leave the input pins of unused gates floating. Floating pins can pick up electrical noise and cause the IC to draw excess current or oscillate. Connect unused inputs to Ground (GND).
Decoupling Capacitor: Digital ICs create small power spikes when switching states. Always place a 0.1µF Ceramic Capacitor between Pin 14 (VCC) and Pin 7 (GND) as close to the chip as possible to ensure stable logic levels.
