It is engineered with a wide input range (12V-84V), allowing it to work seamlessly with various battery chemistries, including Lithium-ion packs and Lead-Acid batteries. Its compact, snap-in design is ideal for integration into electric vehicle dashboards, solar power banks, and portable energy storage systems.

The "First Run" Calibration: This meter is universal and must be programmed for your specific battery type before use. To enter setup mode, hold the "Settings" button while powering on the module. Select the correct code (e.g., 'L' for Lithium, 'P' for Lead-Acid) and the correct number of strings to ensure accurate percentage readings.
Voltage vs. Percentage Accuracy: Note that for Lithium batteries, the percentage is calculated based on the discharge curve. If you are using an old battery with high internal resistance, the percentage may "drop" significantly under heavy load and "bounce back" when the load is removed. Always trust the numerical voltage reading for critical decisions.
Mounting Panel Cutout: For a professional "Phygital" retail look in your enclosures, use a precision laser-cut or CNC-milled rectangular hole. The snap-fit clips are designed for panel thicknesses between 1mm and 2.5mm; if your panel is thicker, you may need a small amount of adhesive to secure the bezel.
