  • Chassis Design: For a standard 2WD or 4WD robot, 100 RPM provides a "walking pace" speed. This is the sweet spot for indoor navigation, as it allows your sensors (like Ultrasonic or LiDAR) enough time to process obstacles and react before a collision occurs.

  • Shaft Attachment: The 6mm shaft usually includes a flat "D-cut" or a threaded internal hole. When mounting heavy wheels, use a 6mm Hex Coupling with a set screw to prevent the wheel from spinning freely on the shaft during high-torque starts.
