Product Description
The Voltage Detection Sensor operates on the basic principle of a resistive voltage divider. It consists of a 30KΩ and a 7.5KΩ resistor in series. When a voltage is applied to the input terminals, the output pin provides a reduced voltage that is exactly one-fifth ($1/5$) of the input. This allows a 5V Arduino Analog pin to safely "see" and calculate a 25V input. The module is compact, requires no external power to function, and features high-quality screw terminals for secure wire connections.
Key Features
Plug-and-Play Compatibility: Works seamlessly with Arduino, AVR, PIC, and Raspberry Pi (with ADC).
Wide Range: Measures any DC source from near zero up to 25V.
No External Power Required: The module is passive and draws its reference directly from the source being measured.
High Precision Resistors: Built with 1% tolerance resistors for reliable data.
Compact PCB: Small footprint makes it ideal for integrated battery management systems (BMS).
