Product Description The JSN-SR04T Waterproof Ultrasonic Sensor is an industrial-grade distance measuring module designed for outdoor and harsh environments. Unlike the standard HC-SR04, which is sensitive to moisture and dust, this sensor features a fully sealed integrated probe. It works on the principle of ultrasonic sonar: emitting a high-frequency sound pulse and measuring the time it takes for the echo to bounce back from an object. This module is the top choice for the Robogears team when building water level monitors for tanks, vehicle reversing sensors, and outdoor security robots where rain or humidity is a factor.
