Product Description
The SW-420 Sensor Module utilizes a spring-based internal mechanism that provides a reliable digital trigger upon sensing a vibration. Unlike mercury-based switches, this sensor is non-directional and environmentally safe. The raw signal from the SW-420 element is processed by an onboard LM393 comparator, which provides a clean, noise-free TTL-compatible output (D0). The module features two onboard LEDs: a Power LED to confirm the DC supply and a Signal LED that toggles when a vibration is detected. Its small form factor and simple 3-pin interface make it perfect for integration into tight enclosures or hobbyist projects.
Key Features
Adjustable Sensitivity: Use the blue multi-turn potentiometer to set the vibration intensity required to trigger the output.
Normally Closed Design: The sensor is in a conductive state by default, providing high reliability for security applications.
LM393 Processing: Ensures a sharp digital pulse output that is easily readable by any microcontroller.
Low Power Requirement: Ideal for battery-operated IoT devices and portable alarms.
Easy Installation: Pre-drilled 3mm mounting hole for secure attachment to any vibrating surface.
