The SOL402 Interface Board is designed to maintain high-speed signal integrity across complex data pairs. In modern LED TVs, mismatched pinouts between motherboards and panels are common; this board resolves those conflicts by remapping the data signals to the correct terminals. It features precisely routed differential traces to minimize electromagnetic interference (EMI) and signal "ghosting." By providing a secure and standardized connection point, it eliminates the need for risky manual jumper wiring, ensuring a stable and professional-grade repair.

Identify the VCC Side: Before connecting the SOL402, use a multimeter to find the VCC (Power) pins on your motherboard's LVDS output. Ensure the interface board is oriented so the power pins align correctly; crossing VCC and GND will cause immediate, irreversible damage to the T-CON board or the panel.
FFC Cable Seating: When inserting the Flexible Flat Cable (FFC), ensure it is perfectly square in the socket before locking the tab. A slightly tilted cable can cause "cross-talk" between data lines, resulting in vertical lines or distorted colors on the screen.
The "Mirror" Mode: If the image appears upside down or with distorted colors (Jeida vs. VESA format) after installation, this is usually a software setting in the TV's Service Menu. Look for "LVDS Format" or "Mirror Mode" in the hidden factory settings.
Secure Mounting: Use non-conductive foam tape to secure the board to the chassis. This prevents it from wiggling loose due to the mechanical vibrations of the TV's speakers.
