Voltage Awareness: Green LEDs typically operate at a lower voltage (2.0V – 2.4V) than blue or white versions. When powering from an Arduino (5V), we recommend a 220Ω to 330Ω resistor to achieve a standard indicator brightness without overdriving the component.
3.7V Battery Integration: To run these from a Li-ion or Li-Po battery, use a 100Ω to 150Ω resistor. This protects the LED as the battery voltage fluctuates between 3.0V and 4.2V.
